    Distance agreement

    1. SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN registration No. 50203583291, legal address: Jomas iela 62, Jūrmala, LV-2015, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), placing an order in the Online Store, accessible at www.kvflower.com (hereinafter referred to as the Flower Store), enter into this Agreement.

    2. The activities of the Flower Shop on the Internet are provided and supported by the company SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN

    3. By placing an order at the Flower Shop, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Rules of Use of the Flower Shop and the provisions of the Distance Agreement, available at https://kvflower.com/usloviya-vozvrata/.

    4. The buyer has the right to receive goods and services offered in the “KV” store after making an advance payment for the relevant service or product. The description and price of each applicable product and service is shown in the product catalog next to each product. All prices are inclusive of value added tax.

    5. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for goods or services by choosing one of the types of remote payment offered in the Flower Shop. Payment for goods and/or services implies the fact of ordering the service and the Buyer’s irrevocable consent to the Rules.

    6. After payment for the service, it is considered that the Buyer has entered into an agreement with SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN defining bilateral obligations and other duties.

    7. The buyer has the right to return the goods to the SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing an explanation of the reason for the refusal. Used, damaged and not in the original packaging goods, as well as goods with damaged packaging and markings, are not subject to return. The right to refuse the goods and the return of the goods are carried out in accordance with the following legal acts:

    — “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights” (“Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums”);

    — Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207 of May 28, 2002 “On distance agreements” (“Noteikumi par distances līgumu”).

    — Cut flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements and indoor plants cannot be returned Rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207 15.3

    8. SIA EA FLOWER DESIGN has the right to unilaterally terminate the order and return the full cost of the goods to the buyer if SIA “KV” is unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances beyond its control.
