- The right of return does not apply to cut flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, or indoor plants. (Cabinet Regulations No. 255, p. 22.4). Also, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of refusal if: the ordered goods are perishable or can be quickly used.
- If the Recipient has any complaints about the quality of the bouquet, the Recipient has the right not to accept the bouquet and immediately return it to the courier, immediately notifying about this situation by phone +371, after which the situation is further considered individually.
- If the recipient accepted the bouquet from the courier, claims regarding the quality of the bouquet will not be accepted.
- KV Flower Boutique is not responsible for the safety of flowers in the buyer's home, since it cannot control the conditions in which they are located. Flowers are a living commodity and it is impossible to predict how they will behave in certain conditions, for this reason in Latvia there are rules of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia number 207 15.3 (non-returnable: cut flowers, bouquets, flower arrangements and indoor plants).
- Money for buying flowers on the Internet is not returned if the delivery of flowers did not take place due to the fault of the Customer or the Recipient, for example, the wrong address was specified or the Recipient of the flowers is absent and cannot be called at the specified address.
- All complaints are accepted and considered within the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
